PAT testing (portable appliance test) is to see if the electrical equipment to be temporarily installed in your venue is safe to be near the public.

Public Liability Insurance (Pli) is to safeguard us against any claims for injury or death to yourselves, your guests and the venue and their staff.

All local authorities will require both PAT & Pli for halls, schools etc.

A large majority of the hotels and clubs will also want them. Venues that are listed buildings will insist on a high level of cover.

If they don't want insurance and safety testing, what happens if theres an accident?

Not all disco operators carry the above - we do.
